Filing a takedown notice
Send a notice via our contact page (select "Content removal / DMCA") that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed.
- Your contact information (name, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable.
